The maxed out version of the Apple Mac Studio will set you back a cool $7,999.

What specs does the maxed out Mac Studio come with?

Looking at the spec sheet on the Mac Studio, it’s pretty insane. Even more insane on this maxed out model. It has the M1 Ultra of course, which has a 20-core CPU, 64-core GPU, and 32-core Neural Engine. There’s 128GB of unified memory on-board, along with 8TB of SSD storage on-board. For most people, this is extreme overkill. Even for most creators, this is overkill, but it’s nice that this is an option. What’s even crazier is that this does not even come with a monitor, mouse or keyboard. So you’ll need to spend even more for those, if you don’t already have them. The Studio Display which was also announced today, starts at $1,599, but it can go up to $2,299, if you add the nano-texture glass and the tilt/height adjustable stand. That’s not too bad, as that nano-texture glass add-on does cost a pretty penny on any monitor. These are insane prices, but remember, these are not for everyday consumers. If you’re not editing video, or music, or even doing a lot of coding, you really don’t need anything that is this powerful. Apple is now starting to move into its more pro-consumer and business-focused Macs with its Apple Silicon transition. And there’s still one more left, the Mac Pro. Which is going to be even more powerful and blow our minds even more.
